Healthy Eating Habits (5 meals) - One popular notion is that if you eat 5 or 6 small, healthful meals throughout the day, you will rev up your metabolism and you will lose weight faster and easier. This session was design to support you to stick to this way of eating healthfully.

Stop The Junk Food (female voice) - Stop filling yourself full of foods with high fat and sugar content. Whether you are trying to lose weight or lower your cholesterol, junk food is your enemy. Say "NO" to junk food and start making wise food choices.

Stop The Junk Food (male voice) - Same as above, only we've used a male voice for those that may prefer that.

Portion Control (3 meals) - What you eat and how you eat will determine your success in achieving permanent weight loss. This session will support you in eating healthfully and do so in portions sizes that fit your weight loss program.

Stop Eating for Emotional Reasons - Food can serve as an emotional crutch. Train to eat when it is physically and mentally necessary, not when you feel emotionally vulnerable.

No Late Night Eating - Eating late at night is directly opposed to your being fit and achieving/maintaining your ideal weight. Be free of the temptation of late night eating by training with this session.
