Stop The Craving To Smoke - When you quit smoking, an urge or craving for a cigarette sometimes occurs. By sitting for this session, you will capture a simple technique to "crave no more"!

Decide To Be A Non-Smoker - You're either a smoker, or you're not. Being on the fence, means you're still a smoker. This session will firm up your commitment to be a non-smoker...no if, ands, or butts.

Cutting Back On Smoking - So, you're the type that wants to cut down on your smoking until you're smoking-free. OK, if you want to ease your habit into the past try this session and before you know it, you'll make the "total" decision and kick the habit completely.

Remain A Non-Smoker - You've stopped smoking, but there's a little doubt still left on how long you'll last. Eliminate all doubt that you ARE a non-smoker with this session. Over. Case closed.
