Self Esteem "B" -
This alternate version contains a different set of meaningful suggestions to build your self esteem. We felt that two different versions of this important topic could only benefit our members.
Self Esteem "First Person" -
We're not done building your self esteem! Here's an alternative session that is created in the first person, so that your subconscious mind hears your affirming your own greatness. It's a different and effective angle on this key area.

Fear of anything can be paralyzing. Start handling your fears by clicking on this session. Be fearful no more.
