Physical Fitness

Being physically fit is not tough to accomplish to do if you can just get yourself to make exercising a habit. And building positive habits is our business. Let Dr. Blair Whitmarsh guide you to stay motivated to exercise and a few other key things...

Motivation To Exercise (female voice) - Exercise should be part of a good fitness regime. Use this session to keep you motivated.

Motivation To Exercise (male voice) - Same as above, only we've used a male voice for those that may prefer that.

Build With Strength Training - The more that you shape and train your muscles, the more calories you will burn throughout the day. Shape up!

Creating the Slim and Fit Body You Desire- Sculpt the body you want by structuring the new vision of YOU! This session will guide you through creating your reality from head to toe.

A Good Night's Sleep - We all know how important a good night's sleep is to your physical and mental well-being. If you suffer from insomnia, use this session to train your subconscious mind to have you sleep soundly through the night (Z-Z-Z-Z-Z-Z !!!)

Healthy Eating Habits (5 meals) - One popular notion is that if you eat 5 or 6 small, healthful meals throughout the day, you will rev up your metabolism and you will lose weight faster and easier. This session was design to support you to stick to this way of eating healthfully.>

Stop The Junk Food (female voice) - Stop filling yourself full of foods with high fat and sugar content. Whether you are trying to lose weight or lower your cholesterol, junk food is your enemy. Say "NO" to junk food and start making wise food choices.>

No Late Night Eating - Eating late at night is directly opposed to your being fit and achieving/maintaining your ideal weight. Be free of the temptation of late night eating by training with this session.
